TAX REFUND SERVICE

- Must be a resident of a non-European Union state.

- Must be over 16 years old.

- Your stay in the European Union must not exceed 6 months.

- Must have a passport or a resident card of a non-European Union state.

You must make an in-store purchase at our boutique: 26 rue de Talleyrand, 51100 Reims

- It must be a personal purchase, registered in your name and of a minimum amount of €500 VAT included.

- Service and after-sales service interventions are not eligible.

20% VAT refund procedure

We use the 4 steps PABLO services for your tax refund:

1- You bought jewelry or watches eligible for a tax refund, and you paid the price with the 20% VAT included.

2- We give you a tax refund form at your name, registered on the French Customs official website. 

3- Before leaving the EU, find the interactive Pablo terminal to scan your form.

4- At the confirmation of your exit of the EU, we proceed to the 20% VAT refund on your bank account related to your bank details previously provided.
